How To Reconnect My Account - It Shows "Error" Or "Not Connected"?

From time to time we may lose connection with your account. LinkedIn has a certain set of parameters and steps to remain connected, and there may be times where LinkedIn updates or changes those requirements. Our team will work to monitor and stay ahead of this and ensure your connections never get disrupted.

If there are moments you do get an error, this is either because cookies get invalidated after some time, or we are pushing updates.

First log out of your LinkedIn profile associated with your Inlytics account. Then log back in to your LinkedIn profile.

Just open the Chrome Extension again, hit "Connect" and you are done. Or you will hear from the Inlytics team regarding an update to the chrome extension.
